Subject strategies
DEA has been working with subject associations on the global dimension to a range of subjects. The strategy has involved bringing together stakeholders to develop to produce curriculum booklets; websites and continuing professional development.
To date, booklets and websites have been developed on Science with the Association for Science Education and Geography with the Geographical Association and both these subject associations are continuing to work on the global dimension. We have also produced 'The Arts: The Global Dimension', which explores global aspects of teaching and learning in Art and design, Dance, Drama and Music.
