UK programmes include: creating awareness and sensitisation on Dalit issues for community groups and development workers; training courses for Dalit activists; establishing a Dalit cultural, information and media unit; networking with Dalit communities in UK affected by caste discrimination within their Asian communities; information on Dalit aid. Working through NGOs and Networks - in India, Nepal Sri Lanka and Pakistan and Malaysia. India programmes include: educational programme for Dalit children; women's empowerment; Gujarat earthquake rehabilitation programme; Tsunami rehabilitation programme.
