Tools and techniques for measuring effectiveness

As part of the MEDE research project, the pilot projects assisted by consultants from the research team used and developed a range of tools to evaluate their projects and produce indicators of their work. Lots of the information described here is available in full in the DEA Evaluation Handbook.
